How do I return my boots? 

Please send an email to customerservice@corralboots. com asking for a free shipping label.You

need to  specify:  your purchase order number, that you are looking for a refund or exchage. You will have 30 natural days. 

                                                

Please ensure the boots are new and in unworn conditions. (Please try on your boots inside on a carpeted floor until you’re sure it fits perfectly for you. They should fit snug on your feet, but should not cause pain.) 

                                                

The Warranty Period covers defects in materials and workmanship in products purchased from the Site, starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for 30 natural days. To return products, e-mail our Returns Department at [email protected]om.                    

You need to specify: your purchase order number and send pictures of the areas where you found the issue.                    

This Warranty applies to purchase made on our website.
